This Privacy Policy explains how Fitverse (“Fitverse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Fitverse mobile application and website at fitverse.pro (together, the “Service”). Fitverse is a B2B platform that connects gyms, coaches, and trainees, with AI-powered fitness and nutrition planning.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number (where provided), password credentials, and the role you hold on the platform (platform admin, gym owner, trainer/coach, or trainee).

Profile and health-related information

To deliver personalized fitness and nutrition plans, we collect information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Date of birth or age, gender, height, weight, and body metrics (e.g. BMI);
• Fitness goals, training experience, and coaching bio;
• Workout plans, exercise logs, sets, reps, and personal records;
• Diet preferences, meal plans, grocery lists, and nutrition tracking;
• Activity data such as steps and walking/running sessions, including data from your device pedometer or connected Bluetooth fitness equipment;
• Progress photos and other images you upload.

Content you submit

We collect messages, images, and files you exchange with your coach, trainer, or gym through the in-app chat, as well as onboarding questionnaire responses.

Technical and usage information

We automatically collect device information, app version, log data, approximate usage analytics, and push-notification tokens used to deliver reminders and messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• To generate AI-powered workout and nutrition plans tailored to your profile;
• To enable communication and plan management between you and your gym or coach;
• To track progress, streaks, achievements, and activity;
• To send notifications and reminders (e.g. scheduled workouts);
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. How We Share Your Information

Fitverse is a multi-tenant platform. Where you are a member of a gym or work with a coach, the relevant information you provide is shared with that organization so they can deliver their service to you:

• Your gym and coach. Gym owners and the trainers assigned to you can access your profile, plans, logs, progress, and chat needed to coach you. Your data is isolated to your gym’s tenant and is not shared with other gyms.
• Service providers. We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging) to host data and run the Service. Their processing is governed by Google’s privacy practices.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Fitverse, our users, or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls scoped by role and tenant, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can edit much of your profile directly in the app. To exercise other rights, or to request account deletion, contact us at hello@fitverse.pro.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers operated by our service providers in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
